UPCOMING RETREATS

UPSTATE NEW YORK, MARCH 2026

Join us for our third Ashtanga Sadhana Retreat, taking place at the serene Holmes Retreat Center in upstate New York. This immersive long weekend is designed for students of all levels who wish to deepen their practice in a peaceful, nature-filled setting.

Surrounded by lush forests and tranquil lakes, you’ll experience daily Mysore and guided Ashtanga sessions, pranayama, meditation, restorative practices, and evening bonfires under the stars. This retreat is enriched by a special online collaboration with Dr. Manas Kshirsagar, an internationally respected Ayurvedic physician, who will bring the wisdom of Ayurveda into our shared sadhana.

Each participant will receive a personal online Ayurvedic consultation prior to the retreat, offering insight into their unique constitution (prakriti) and current imbalances (vikriti), along with individualized lifestyle, dietary, and practice recommendations. During the retreat, Dr. Manas will also join us online daily for a live group sessions, exploring how Ayurvedic principles can support yoga practice, nervous system balance, digestion, and overall vitality—helping students integrate ancient wisdom into modern life.

Enjoy nourishing meals, meaningful community connection, and spacious time to reconnect with yourself, away from the hustle of daily life.

Space is limited to 14 students, so reserve your spot for a weekend of deep practice, learning, transformation, and renewal.

NORTHERN CALIFORNIA, JULY 2026

5 Days, 4 Nights

The Mercantile, McCloud, California

Join us for a five-day Ashtanga Sadhana retreat at the historic Mercantile Hotel in McCloud, California, nestled in the foothills of Mount Shasta. This immersive experience is rooted in daily Mysore-style Ashtanga practice, pranayama, and meditation, and is thoughtfully designed to support both dedicated practitioners and those seeking a deeper, more integrated relationship with their practice.

A central element of this retreat is the in-person collaboration with Ayurvedic physician Dr. Manas Kshirsagar, who will offer individual consultations, teachings, and experiential practices throughout the week. His guidance, together with a retreat-wide Ayurvedic diet designed in collaboration with Kaylee, allows participants to experience yoga and Ayurveda as living traditions—supporting digestion, energy, mental clarity, and long-term sustainability of practice. Set within a small, intentional community and surrounded by the powerful natural landscape of Northern California, this retreat offers a rare opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and practice in harmony with nature.

Why Ashtanga Yoga & Ayurveda

Ashtanga Yoga and Ayurveda arise from the same philosophical roots and are traditionally understood as complementary paths of self-study and care. While Ashtanga refines the body and steadies the mind through disciplined movement, breath, and focus, Ayurveda offers the tools to understand individual constitution, digestion, recovery, and daily rhythms. Practiced together, they create a sustainable approach to sadhana—one that supports strength without depletion, clarity without strain, and long-term continuity of practice. Integrating these two systems allows students to listen more precisely to the body’s needs, adapt practice intelligently, and cultivate balance both on and off the mat.
